Job Responsibilities
Strategic Development and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth targets and expanding market share.
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis toidentifynew growth opportunities (new regions, partnerships, products).
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Actively source andacquirenewstrategic partners(e.g., Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, service providers).
- Establish andmaintainlong-term, trusting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, andfinalizecontracts.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and activity within the CRM system.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide forecasts to the management team.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory Experience:Minimum of13 yearsin a similar role (Business Development Manager/Sales Manager) within theForex, CFD, FinTech, or Prop Tradingindustry.
- Deep Market Understanding:Expert knowledge of financial markets, trading platform functionalities, and company products.
- Network:An existing network of contacts (IBs, Affiliates, institutional clients) in target regions is a significant advantage.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills:Exceptional ability to lead business negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals.
- Analytical Abilities:Proficiencyinanalyzingmarket data, forming strategic conclusions, and making data-driven decisions.
- Tool Proficiency:FullproficiencywithCRM systems(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Language Skills:Fluency in English(both written and spoken) is mandatory.
