Conduct research on market trends, competition, and customer needs
Assist in shaping the strategy for business portfolios and initiatives
Align business/initiative understanding across departments for better coordination
Accelerate common understanding on existing product & services to deep dive future opportunity for portfolio growth (e.g. Initiative prioritization, Resource Capability, Determine Strategic Focus, etc)
Ensure business/initiative understanding through cross function alignment (e.g. Value Stream, Swimlane, Flow Chart Mapping, etc) to completely understand (at full visibility) on the Business
Provide clear & specific milestones of business/initiative to ensure calculated deliverables & development pace (e.g. Project Charter, Project Pre-requisite, Project Governance & Documentation, MVP Deliverables, etc)
Provide internal consultancy, project collaboration, and research data across both internal & external functions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
Min. 3-4 years experience in related function
Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting, presentations, and meetings
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, business research, and project management
