Job Responsibilities

Strategic Development and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth targets and expanding market share.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis toidentifynew growth opportunities (new regions, partnerships, products).

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Actively source andacquirenewstrategic partners(e.g., Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, service providers).
  • Establish andmaintainlong-term, trusting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, andfinalizecontracts.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and activity within the CRM system.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide forecasts to the management team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Mandatory Experience:Minimum of13 yearsin a similar role (Business Development Manager/Sales Manager) within theForex, CFD, FinTech, or Prop Tradingindustry.
  • Deep Market Understanding:Expert knowledge of financial markets, trading platform functionalities, and company products.
  • Network:An existing network of contacts (IBs, Affiliates, institutional clients) in target regions is a significant advantage.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills:Exceptional ability to lead business negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals.
  • Analytical Abilities:Proficiencyinanalyzingmarket data, forming strategic conclusions, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Tool Proficiency:FullproficiencywithCRM systems(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Language Skills:Fluency in English(both written and spoken) is mandatory.
