Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Expand SIRCLO's business by acquiring new brand partners across various categories, including but not limited to fashion, FMCG, and health & beauty.
  • Conduct consultative selling by understanding clients business challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers, and lead negotiations to achieve revenue targets.
  • Own the sales cycle, ensuring clear scope alignment and smooth handover to internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDR) to convert qualified leads into active clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustainable client growth.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our business products, processes, and operations, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and news.
  • Provide guidance and share best practices within the team when needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related role within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce landscape, including market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor analysis.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other relevant platforms.
  • Understanding of web commerce platforms and their integration with marketplaces.
  • Proven experience in approaching and securing major brand clients.
  • Excellent ability to communicate, negotiate, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
  • A proven track record of securing new business partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Having experience working in Marketplaces will be a plus.
