Job Description

Responsibilities

Expand SIRCLO's business by acquiring new brand partners across various categories, including but not limited to fashion, FMCG, and health & beauty.
Conduct consultative selling by understanding clients business challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers, and lead negotiations to achieve revenue targets.
Own the sales cycle, ensuring clear scope alignment and smooth handover to internal teams.
Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDR) to convert qualified leads into active clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustainable client growth.
Become a subject matter expert in our business products, processes, and operations, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and news.
Provide guidance and share best practices within the team when needed.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Have 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related role within the e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce landscape, including market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor analysis.
Familiarity with Indonesian marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other relevant platforms.
Understanding of web commerce platforms and their integration with marketplaces.
Proven experience in approaching and securing major brand clients.
Excellent ability to communicate, negotiate, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
A proven track record of securing new business partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Having experience working in Marketplaces will be a plus.
