Independently identify potential procurement needs within the Indonesian market, collecting genuine and effective procurement leads (company name, contact person, contact details, procurement intent, etc.).
Utilize online tools (social media, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and offline channels (chambers of commerce, trade shows, market visits, etc.) to acquire leads.
Regularly submit reports on lead generation progress and quality.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to verify lead quality.
Job Requirements
Familiarity with the Indonesian construction trading market (prior experience in customer development, material supply, or project sales is preferred).
Experience working in a trading company (especially handling construction materials, equipment, or imports) is highly desirable.
Proven experience dealing with China suppliers is a plus.
Strong English/Indonesian communication skills.
Proactive, results-driven personality with resilience under pressure.
Basic skills in data organization and reporting, particularly for sales and client tracking
