Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role at PT Solid Gold Berjangka TCC, located in Setiabudi. The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and strategizing to grow business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks involve engaging with potential clients, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various teams to align business strategies and goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and market insights
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and client engagement
- Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
- Proven track record in business development or sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the financial or investment sector is a plus
