Business Development Officer
We are looking for a Business Development Officer who will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the company. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and create effective and efficient operational strategies and help achieve the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company
- Working with executives to implement operational strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies
- Developing SOP for operational division
- Developing and implementing training system for internal employee
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or other related major
- 2+ years of business development, business strategist, or account management experience
- Strong business knowledge, advanced time management, analytical and detail-oriented
- Having a good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills
- Skill presentation for employee training
- Having SIM A and SIM C
- Willing to work in Jakarta Pusat
