Job Description

  • Develop and manage the strategy and activities of the sales and/or business partner teams to achieve sales targets and account performance objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from both new and existing customers.
  • Research and analyze potential markets and industries to generate qualified leads and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage, assess, and collaborate with business partners to convert leads into opportunities using the BANT+C methodology.
  • Provide accurate pricing estimates that align with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and re-negotiate product/solution offerings at the C-Level within client organizations.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of IT solutions and actively participate in pre-sales processes to tailor effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and performance goals are met.
  • Manage and report on the sales pipeline on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to align with quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop a personal strategy and task list to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3), preferably a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Technology, Business, or any related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in selling IT solutions such as IT Custom Development, IT Resourcing, ERP systems, Cloud, Middleware, APIs, Automation, and Database Management, as well as subscription-based software.
  • Experience handling accounts from industries such as Banking, FSI, Telco, Government, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), F&B, FMCG, Retail, Fintech, e-Commerce, Warehousing & Distribution, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Services.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with experience in engaging mid-level management and C-Level executives.
  • Proven experience working with and managing partners and principals; strong attitude and negotiation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of IT solutions, including Operating Systems, Virtualization, DevSecOps, Middleware, APIs, and Automation.
  • Understanding of financial fundamentals (P&L, COGS, budgeting) and familiarity with contracts, SLAs, project proposals, and RFPs.
  • Have English language skills (write and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of contract, term and condition, SLA
  • Understand basic financial rules, Profit & Loss, COGS, budget - Understand basic project management, proposal, RF
