Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves market analysis, strategic planning, and implementation of initiatives that enhance the company's market presence and revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Service Ideation

Merumuskan konsep produk/jasa baru berbasis market insight

Bekerja sama dengan tim product, technology, dan business unit

Market Discovery & Insight

Melakukan riset pasar kuantitatif & kualitatif (industry, customer, competitor)

Mengidentifikasi unmet needs, pain points, dan peluang baru

Validation & Experimentation

Melakukan market validation (interview, pilot project, PoC, MVP)

Mengukur productmarket fit sebelum komersialisasi

Business Case Development

Menyusun feasibility study, pricing model, dan value proposition

Menghitung potensi revenue, cost, dan risiko

Strategic Recommendation

Memberikan rekomendasi go / no-go kepada manajemen

Menyusun roadmap produk/jasa baru

Cross-Function Collaboration

Bekerja erat dengan Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, dan Legal

Mendukung handover ke tim Sales setelah produk tervalidasi

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships
  • Experience in identifying market needs for product development or sourcing from partners is a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and proven ability to drive revenue growth in this area
  • Ability to analyze complex market data and develop effective strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain partnerships
  • Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools
  • Results-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
