We've worked with leading names across FMCG, tech, finance, and lifestyle and have executed over 10,000 influencer marketing campaigns across 8 markets.

We're looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in Indonesia. This role is a mix of strategy, execution, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for developing high-level go-to-market strategies, nurturing key enterprise relationships, managing a sales team, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the country.

This role is not for you if you prefer following processes over shaping them, are uncomfortable owning aggressive targets, or are not excited about scaling a high-growth tech company from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the business development strategy for the Indonesia market
  • Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new leads, not just rely on existing contacts
  • Drive C-level conversations, develop proposals, lead negotiations, and close high-value, long-term deals
  • Has worked with regional or national-level brands
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with mid-to-large enterprise brands across key vertical
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • 37 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally within MarTech, SaaS, media, or advertising
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling sales teams
  • Proven success in closing large-scale, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate client needs into tailored, data-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-ownership environment
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin is a plus
