Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Urology and Gastroenterology in the APAC region. The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth in the region by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and providing expertise in urology and gastroenterology product offerings. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and achieving revenue and performance targets for the APAC region.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of urology and gastroenterology sectors, as well as familiarity with medical devices and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, market research, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for sales, reporting, and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced certifications or an MBA would be an advantage.
