Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, software, or technology consulting services.
  • Strong track record in managing enterprise-level sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Consistent achievement (or surpassing) of sales targets in IT solutions, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or business software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills at C-level.
  • Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, IT solutions or business software solutions is an advantage.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker, and result-oriented.
  • English proficiency is a strong advantage.

Job Description:

  • Lead the business development strategy to drive revenue growth for Logiframes IT solutions and SaaS offerings (ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, Cloud solutions, and consulting services).
  • Build, manage, and optimize the sales pipelinefrom lead generation, qualification, to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) and deal closure.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients for Logiframes IT solutions, including ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, and technology consulting services.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting mid to enterprise-level clients.
  • Lead thebusiness development strategyto drive revenue growth for Logiframes IT solutions and SaaS offerings (ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, Cloud solutions, and consulting services).
  • Build, manage, and optimize the sales pipelinefromlead generation, qualification, to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targetingmid to enterprise-level clients.
  • Deliver persuasive solution presentations and proposals, aligning business value with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to design tailored solutions and ensure project feasibility.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize onupselling and cross-selling opportunitiesacross the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintainlong-term strategic relationshipswith key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline reviews for senior management.
