Business Development Manager

GudangKripto, operated by PT. Gudang Kripto Indonesia, is a regulated platform registered with Indonesia's Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI). The company adheres strictly to BAPPEBTI regulations, employing detailed KYC processes, including Standard, Due Diligence, and Enhanced Due Diligence. GudangKripto also holds certificates from the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (PSE Certificate) and complies with ISMS ISO 27001:2013. As an active member of the Indonesian Blockchain Association (ABI) and Indonesian Crypto Asset Traders Association (ASPRAKINDO), GudangKripto focuses on providing secure services in crypto asset trading and management with its Crypto Asset Wallet & Exchange offerings.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Jakarta. The key responsibilities include identifying and fostering strategic partnerships, devising and executing business growth plans, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales. The role also entails maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing business negotiations, and achieving organizational revenue goals. The Business Development Manager will actively contribute to scaling the company in the competitive crypto asset and blockchain industry.

• Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
• Experience in client relationship management, negotiations, and building partnerships
• Proficiency in sales strategy development, pipeline management, and meeting revenue targets
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technologies is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency
