Job Description

  • Carry out annual revenue target to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions to enterprises clients (Financial Industry)
  • Focus on the segmentation industry and engage with partner to leverage business communities to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions
  • Build strong sales pipelines, help enhance customer onboarding and segmentation industry enablement programs
  • Provide trainings and workshops to customers and partners to enhance brand awareness and improve collaborations
  • Provide overall pre-sales and post-sales support at account level to help customers and channel partners with Alibaba Cloud consumption and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Be a team player to help the team hit its overall revenue target and build solid ecosystem by offering internal cross trainings, knowledge and experience sharing, and contributing to teamwork spirit
  • Work with HQ back office functional lines to collaborate and contribute to overall product, solution and operation enhancements
  • Proactively gain insights into key industries in the country/region/market, identify key/potential customers, and be able to proactively find key decision-making chains and identify customers actual needs.
  • Use customer's language to start conversations, gain customer trust, mining product and technology needs, and form effective business opportunities.
  • Carry out Secondary Development for existing customers, provide customers with experience upgrades in services, operational cooperation and other aspects, and promote resource expansion.
  • Regularly contact existing and potential customers to keep abreast of key information such as customers business plans and budgets, supplier status, organizational structure, and technical environment.
  • Identify customers decision-making chains, maintain relationships with key decision-making points, and establish long-term operational and technical relationships with customers CXOs or CXOs-D, to obtain critical support in cooperation.
  • Promote the customer to make quick decisions to adopt and continuously use Alibaba Cloud products and technology solutions through effective resource integration and operation, create value for customers continuosly.
  • Through the use of a series of sales strategies, such as communication and influence, business offer, etc., to convert business opportunities, achieve results, and realize a win-win situation with customers.

Job Requirements

  • 8-12 years of sales experience in the IT and technology sectors, with a proven track record; experience in cloud computing is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in industry segmentation, particularly in the financial sector, and experience engaging with nationwide or regional business communities.
  • Preferred experience in partnership, alliance programs, and channel platforms, with a focus on selling software and PaaS products, especially in expanding major customer accounts.
  • Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, and culturally diverse environment.
  • Skilled in coordinating collaborative efforts among internal and external resources and adept at managing change, resolving conflicts, and fostering team collaboration with a strong emphasis on ethics and integrity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the capacity to engage independently with key customer stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and expedite decision-making.
  • Understanding of customers business needs and digital transformation goals, with the ability to diagnose technical challenges and provide competitive solutions.
  • Proficient in identifying and tailoring responses to different customer segments and creating a positive communication atmosphere.
  • Strong service orientation, able to follow through on customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with Chinese as a strong advantage. Certification from Alibaba Cloud or other public cloud vendors is a plus.
