We're looking for a high-agency B2B Sales / Business Development Rep to drive pipeline and close revenue. This is a special role for someone who wants global exposure and wants to jump into the AI space right now building inside a real AI company, moving fast, and owning results.
What you'll do:
Outbound & pipeline generation
Prospect and build lists across target verticals (mid-market + enterprise)
Run outbound across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and partner channels
Qualify leads fast and convert interest into booked meetings/demos
Maintain clean CRM, pipeline stages, and activity cadence
Sales execution (demos close)
Lead discovery calls: identify pain, urgency, and buying process
Run product demos and communicate value in simple business terms
Handle objections, align stakeholders, and drive next steps
Support proposals, pricing discussions, and closing workflow
Partnerships & market expansion
Source and develop partnerships (vendors, agencies, SIs) where relevant
Identify repeatable ICP segments, use cases, and distribution opportunities
Feed market insights back to product and founders to sharpen GTM
What we're looking for
2+ years in B2B sales / business development (SaaS, commerce tech, or agency preferred)
High agency: you don't wait you prospect, iterate, and ship pipeline
Comfortable with outbound volume + quality (daily activity targets)
Strong communication: clear English (must) + confident stakeholder handling
Organized and metrics-driven: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, close-rate mindset
Excited about AI and motivated to sell products that are actually shipping
AI-native expectations (important)
You actively use AI to move faster and better: prospect research, personalization, messaging iteration, call prep, recap/notes, and pipeline follow-up. If AI isn't part of your daily workflow, this won't be a fit.
Nice to have
Experience selling to e-commerce/D2C operators or customer experience teams
Familiar with WhatsApp commerce, conversational funnels, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Experience selling into SEA markets or cross-border enterprise deals
