Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our partner network across Southeast Asia, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) across Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Partner & KOL Management: Build and manage relationships with local KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and strategic partners to increase brand exposure and trading activity.

Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and partners, increasing active accounts, deposits, and overall trading volume.

Market Expansion: Leverage existing networks and establish new partnerships to expand market share across targeted SEA regions.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored proposals and deliver sales presentations aligned with client trading needs and business objectives.

Client Education: Educate clients on trading strategies, risk management, and market opportunities across FX, commodities, and indices.

Partner Enablement: Train and support partners on company platforms and tools, including Social Trading, MAM, and PAMM systems.

CRM & Reporting: Track all client interactions, deals, and pipeline progress using CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market developments to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed defined KPIs, revenue targets, and business development goals.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 4 years of B2C sales experience within Forex & CFD brokerage, specifically in SEA markets (Philippines / Thailand / Malaysia / Vietnam).

IB Network Development: Proven track record of building and scaling IB networks and acquiring new business.

Industry Connections: Strong relationships with IB types including educators, signal providers, EA providers, and money/fund managers.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial markets, including FX, commodities, and indices.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (finance-related preferred).

Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, adaptable, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure with strong ownership mindset.

Strategic Thinking: Strong networking abilities with a strategic approach to partnerships and market expansion.

Language Skills: Full proficiency in English and at least one relevant SEA local language.
