Job Description

Threatcop is an AI-powered People Security Management (PSM) product that empowers organizations to build a human firewall through automated simulations, self-serve training, and proactive threat mitigation. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by delivering impactful product demonstrations, driving end-to end deal closures, and aligning closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets by promoting Threatcop's AI-powered People Security Management product, including TSAT, TLMS, TDMARC, and TPIR.

2. Engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads to deliver tailored, impactful product demonstrations that showcase the value and ease-of-use of our self-serve SaaS platform.

3. Manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom initial outreach to deal closurewhile maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems.

4. Collaborate closely with the lead generation, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, align on buyer personas, and drive high-quality sales opportunities.

5. Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding and encourage early adoption of Threatcop's solutions, and further help the product support/customer support team in managing your accounts.

6. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving cybersecurity landscape to continuously enhance sales strategies and customer conversations.

7. Build Channel Partner relationships and create the ecosystem to increase the presence in the APAC Market.

8. Identify market trends, analyse competitors, and build strategic partnerships to create more market penetration in APAC.

Requirements: -

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant experience.

2. 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales, ideally with cybersecurity or enterprise IT software,

is a MUST have.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
