Roles
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our regional growth and client acquisition efforts. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitch, negotiation to close while positioning AtisfyReach as the go-to platform for influencer marketing across industries like gaming, lifestyle, fintech, beauty, and consumer tech. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in closing enterprise deals, and is excited to be part of a global marketing tech disruptor.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the sales pipeline: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients.
Pitch with purpose: Deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals that demonstrate platform value and ROI.
Strategize & execute: Develop tailored go-to-market and outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and events.
Lead deal negotiation: Drive contract terms, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements to successful closure.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
Stay industry-savvy: Represent AtisfyReach at events, share insights, and provide market feedback to inform product and sales strategy.
CRM excellence: Maintain accurate data and tracking in HubSpot (or similar CRM), with performance reporting and forecasting.
Requirements
25 years in business development, sales, or account management ideally in media and digital agencies, adtech, or influencer marketing.
Proven track record of independently closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
Strong grasp of influencer marketing, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment.
Bonus: Experience managing global clients and cross-industry campaigns.
