As a Business Development at Kleative, you'll play a key role in sourcing, pitching, and closing deals with both new and existing clients. You'll be the bridge between our creative capabilities and the needs of our clients, helping us deliver impactful solutions that transform their brands.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach new business opportunities through lead generation and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and creative solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and grow revenue
- Continuously analyze market trends and client feedback to refine strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably in the creative or digital agency environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to propose creative solutions
- A customer-first mindset and commitment to client success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- A proactive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to grow
- Willing to work on-site at our office in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
