Business Development Junior

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pitch potential retail partners (e.g., malls, co-branding opportunities, new locations)

2. Lead business discussions, negotiations, and contract finalizations in English and Bahasa Indonesia

3. Conduct market research and location assessments for new store openings

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of retail projects.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, or a related field

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or business development

3. Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. In-depth understanding of retail operations and market dynamics in Indonesia
