Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Business Development Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include developing strategic plans for business growth, collaborating with different teams, and contributing to revenue targets through client acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
• Exceptional Communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in Account Management and client retention
• Ability to work collaboratively and achieve targets
• Familiarity with the renewable energy or construction industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
