Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Student Recruitment & Business Development Executive. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, drive lead generation through social media and stakeholder engagement, manage client interactions, and build strong relationships with students and partners. You will guide prospective students on programme options, assess initial eligibility, coordinate documentation, and support business growth through effective communication, planning, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

B2C - Student Recruitment and Counselling

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads through social media, WhatsApp, Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, and student communities.
  • Speaking with potential students to understand their goals and guiding them on suitable academic pathways.
  • Reviewing CVs, academic records, English proficiency, and career background to identify eligibility.
  • Advising students on the right course, level of study, and suitable New Zealand universities/polytechnics / private providers.
  • Assessing whether students meet the financial eligibility to study and live in New Zealand.
  • Collecting and verifying student documents before forwarding completed files to IANZ's visa documentation team.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and following internal processes.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Is confident in speaking with students and guiding them professionally.
  • Understands student recruitment, career counselling, or education pathways.
  • Has experience in lead generation, sales, or education industry business development (preferred).
  • Is comfortable working independently and remotely.
  • Is organised, responsible, and consistent in following up with students and partners.
  • Has good knowledge of Indonesian student trends and education market behaviour.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong abilities in Account Management and developing client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in business strategy and planning
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • A background in education, immigration, or related fields is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
