Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience, preferably with SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record managing full sales cycle and meeting targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM and pipeline management.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- English proficiency is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Lead Generation Identify and qualify prospects for Logiframes SaaS & ERP solutions; generate leads via research, outreach, events, and campaigns.
- Discovery & Solutioning Lead discovery meetings to assess client needs and propose tailored SaaS/ERP solutions.
- Proposal & Closing Prepare proposals (scope, pricing, timeline), coordinate with internal teams, present to clients, handle objections, and close deals.
- CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups and sales reporting.
- Client Relationship & Growth Nurture client relationships post-sale and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
