Business Development Executive

We're looking for someone who is curious about business, strong in communication, and excited to work directly on expansion and investment opportunities.

You will work closely with the CEO and management team to support business development across retail, property, and other group initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Identify potential business, retail, and property opportunities
• Conduct market research and support feasibility studies
• Evaluate locations, commercial potential, and business viability
• Assist and participate in negotiations with malls, landlords, property owners, and partners
• Prepare clear business analysis and recommendations for management
• Follow up opportunities from initial discussion through execution
• Support strategic and expansion projects across the group

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Retail, Property, Leasing, Investment, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good commercial and analytical thinking
• Confident in negotiation and dealing with different stakeholders
• Comfortable with numbers, Excel, and basic feasibility analysis
• Professional, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships
• Proactive, resourceful, hands-on, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with site visits and working beyond the desk when needed
