Job Description

Jatis Mobile, established in 2002, provides mobile solutions across various industries and platforms. Our corporate customers span financial services, retail distributions, consumer goods, transportation, automotive, merchant business, and telecommunication industries. We have partnered with major banks along with their products such as credit card, debit, card, retail banking, and all telecom operators in Indonesia.

We are Hiring for Business Development (for Client Acquisition)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across various industries including Financial Services, Retail Distribution, Consumer Goods, Transportation, Automotive, Telecommunications, and Merchant Business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized business solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and business presentations for prospective clients.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, business networking events, and industry activities.
  • Ensure all business transactions are properly documented, including agreements, LOAs, NDAs, and related commercial documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Support account growth and client retention initiatives for assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Corporate Sales.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong hunting mentality with the ability to generate leads independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling IT Solutions, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, CPaaS, Messaging Solutions, SaaS, or related technology products is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and be based in South Jakarta.
