Company Description Admattic is a global ad-tech company specializing in digital advertising and user acquisition solutions for leading app-based brands across multiple industries. With teams operating across international markets, we help advertisers grow through technology, media, and strategic partnerships.

We are currently looking for a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Executive to support our expansion into Chinese-speaking markets.

Role Description This is a client-facing commercial role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting revenue growth initiatives across the China market. You do not need prior ad-tech experience to succeed in this role.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build relationships with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential advertisers, agencies, and business partners
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other communication channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with Mandarin-speaking prospects and clients
  • Arrange and participate in client meetings and business discussions
  • Understand client objectives and introduce relevant Admattic solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking
  • Support business expansion initiatives across Chinese-speaking markets

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Client Success, or other client-facing commercial roles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and business development activities
  • Self motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn the digital advertising and app marketing industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Chinese companies, clients, or stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, account management, or business development
  • HSK certification is a plus
  • Experience in advertising, technology, SaaS, media, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus
