We are a TSP (TikTok Service Partner) company specializing in live streaming management, video production, and end-to-end social commerce solutions. We help brands grow their online presence and maximize sales performance through creative content and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new brand partners in e-commerce and social commerce sectors
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with brand clients
- Handle end-to-end client acquisition process: pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate internally with operations, live streaming, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Monitor brand performance during ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Stay updated with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other social commerce trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (experience in TSP, MCN, digital agency, or social commerce is highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of live streaming, short-form video content, and e-commerce ecosystem
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking ability and client-oriented mindset
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus, if needed)
