Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships with OEM partners at a senior stakeholder level
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality partners (hotels, hospitals, etc.), including key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and channel leaders business growth and expansion in retail partner.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen existing channels to maximize revenue potential
  • Drive end-to-end partnership strategies, from negotiation to execution and performance monitoring
  • Ensure alignment between partners and internal teams to deliver business objectives effectively

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred
  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, particularly in partnership or channel sales roles
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple high-level partnerships
