PT. Dyna Soul Solution is a growing creative agency working with both local and international brands. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help drive growth, build partnerships, and connect our creative capabilities with the right clients and opportunities.

What You&aposll Do:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across branding, content, digital, and production services

2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners

3. Develop and execute plans to expand our client base and market presence

4. Create proposals and present creative solutions tailored to client needs

5. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, production) for seamless execution

6. Represent the agency at meetings, events, and networking opportunities

What Were Looking For:

1. 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the creative/agency space)

2. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

3. Comfortable building relationships and closing deals

4. Passionate about branding, creativity, and marketing trends

5. Highly proactive, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Existing network in FMCG, lifestyle, tech, or entertainment industries

2. Familiarity with agency processes and campaign workflows

3. Experience using CRM or business development tools
