Job Description:
- Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities, generating leads and converting them into clients, including upselling/cross-selling for Favent services.
- Develop and implement proposals/pitch decks & marketing strategies, including social media, tailored to client goals.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact between Favent and clients, ensuring clear communication.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Address client issues promptly & efficiently.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients.
- Assist other teams as needed to ensure project success.

Candidate that we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a creative or digital agency in business development, account management, sales, or a related role.
- Solid understanding of creative and digital marketing frameworks and practices, with the ability to contribute effectively from the start.
- A highly detail-oriented and meticulous individual.
- Full WFO, our office is located in South Jakarta.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of marketing principles and digital strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Sheets, Google Docs, & Google Slides.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Fluent in speaking English.
