The Business Development Associate will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges. This individual will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of Paper.id's software products and services, and effectively presenting and articulating solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently with little instruction.
Skills & Qualification
- Familiarity with IT software solutions and industry trends to stay informed and position our solutions effectively.
- Expert level capability to work independently with little instruction on day-to-day workload.
- Demonstrable experience of solution-based selling with a proven track record of sales over-achievement.
- Strong experience in networking with senior internal and external people in the specialist area of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- 2+ years experience in sales activities including generation and management of opportunities and bids, deal closure and client relationship management.
- Prior experience in selling complex solutions and services to C-Level clients to build trust and credibility.
- Experience in resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways to meet targets and objectives.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation to drive sales success and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and develop a deep understanding of their goals and objectives.
- Actively engage with client's mid/senior management as well as C-level executives to develop trust and credibility, and grow their business with Paper.id.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Paper.id's software products and services, and effectively present and articulate solutions to clients.
- Self-manage the entire sales process from prospecting, qualification to negotiation and closure, and meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our solutions effectively, and provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
- Regularly update the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to ensure visibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
