five business units : PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT ATW Solar Indonesia, PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT Lintas Samudra Borneo Line.
PT ATW Solar Indonesia is an EPC company engaged in solar panels as a storage and utilization solution for solar energy. Following the rapid development of the use of solar panels, we continue to expand our operations and business
Our subsidiary company, ATW Solar Indonesia is looking for Strategic Account Specialist, that will grow with us by:
- Develop and lead customer-specific sales strategies, including resource coordination, to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets across designated strategic national accounts
- Identify, manage, and expand revenue growth opportunities within existing and new key accounts
- Foster long-term, positive relationships with strategic clients to ensure strong partnership and customer loyalty
- Build a deep understanding of customer business needs and provide relevant insights, solutions, and value propositions aligned with their energy requirements
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide updates on key performance indicators, pipeline progress, and business opportunities to management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, project, operations, and commercial) to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Ensure high levels of support, responsiveness, and visibility for the company's highest-value customers
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major; MBA is preferred
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, utilities, or other B2B industries
- Proven strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders and close complex, long-cycle deals
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong leadership capability with experience working in cross-functional teams (engineering, project, commercial)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a target-driven environment
- Strong business acumen with understanding of project-based sales and solution selling
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
