About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth. This role requires a proactive sales professional who is comfortable engaging with university partners and managing the full sales cycle end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and qualify potential leads
- Conduct canvassing and deliver compelling sales pitches
- Manage the end-to-end sales process (prospecting to closing)
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through client acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Develop customized pitch decks tailored to client needs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Strategic Partnerships
- Bachelors degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Familiar with Kinobis product and strong understanding of B2B SaaS business model
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles
- Strong network and experience working with university clients is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, sales pitching, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Willing to travel for business trips and offline client visits
- Comfortable with hybrid setup (WFO once a week)
- Highly resilient, adaptable, creative, and solution-oriented
- Tech-savvy and agile in a fast-paced environment
- A true sales-driven individual with strong ownership mindset
