Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Develop business cases and feasibility studies.

- Create reports, process flows, and documentation.
- Support project teams in translating requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process modeling and improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Full WFO in Karawaci Tangerang.
