Business Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business Management/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in operation management/business analysis/strategic planning/corporate performance management.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking using Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Having hands-on experience in operating ERP will be an advantage.
• Strong financial analysis and KPI management skills.
• Excellent report writing skills in English and presentation capability (PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Prepare and monitor company strategy (Hoshin Kanri) and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Prepare monthly performance reports (sales, KPI, A3 reports, etc.).
• Drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Support KPI achievement and coordinate review meetings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for assigned activities.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and presentations for the General Manager.
• Share weekly economic and business updates (Indonesia & global).
