Verification cycle for new developments to ensure they meet requirements

Person Specifications
5 years of experience in software business analysis, with strong exposure to banking and fintech domains
Deep understanding of the banking ecosystem, including core banking, digital channels, lending, deposits, cards, and payment operations
Strong knowledge of payment instruments and schemes such as VISA, MasterCard, Amex, and domestic payment networks
Proven experience with LankaClear products (e.g., CEFTS, SLIPS, JustPay, LankaPay Online Payment Platform, and Common Card & Switch Systems)
Hands-on experience in digital banking platforms, banking APIs, and customer onboarding systems
Excellent skills in requirement elicitation, stakeholder communication, documentation, and presentation
Experience using requirement management and modelling tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, UML, BPMN)
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and ability to function effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced teams
Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset, business acumen, and attention to detail
