Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business goals.
Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.
Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm readiness for deployment.
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Lead and coordinate business analysis activities for strategic initiatives, working with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Job Requirement
Having education background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a technology-driven or enterprise environment
Hands-on experience with ERP Finance/ accounting/ B2C/ logistic/ SD modules is highly preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; proficient in requirements documentation and process modeling techniques
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT systems; experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana) is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
