Job Description:
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop & implement solutions
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Perform requirements analysis
- Document and communicate requirements, analysis, and user acceptance test (UAT) results
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce clear, useful report
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing
- Prioritise initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive market
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis in Multi-Finance industry (Experience from other financial industries such as Banking, BPR, etc. are also welcome)
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to define acceptable solutions
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
