Business Analyst FSI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience as a Business Analyst for 2-3 years
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) especially in Insurance, Banking, or Multifinance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
