Support Office, East Jakarta
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will support leadership in making data driven decisions through business analysis, performance reporting, and strategic insights.
This role will work closely with the Board of Directors to analyze business performance, translate data into meaningful insights, and support cross department coordination for strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business performance data from multiple departments
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to support strategic decision making
- Prepare concise executive summaries and performance reports
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Translate numerical data into clear business insights and recommendations
- Support coordination between leadership and departments through accurate reporting and meeting documentation
- Track business performance and monitor key operational metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Management, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Assistant to BOD
- Experience in Healthcare or Chain Retail industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Strong analytical skills including data cleaning, trend analysis, and performance tracking
- Detail oriented with strong time management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English
