In this role, you will work closely with senior management and multiple teams to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support key strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business performance and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual management reports for leadership
- Identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities through data analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional analytical projects and initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership in driving data-driven decisions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields
- 47 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar roles
- Strong skills in business performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with high ownership
- Familiarity with OKR or performance management frameworks
Nice to Have
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience in subscription-based or digital businesses
- Understanding of unit economics & growth metrics
- Experience in reporting automation
