Lead the team in monitoring and analyzing data to generate insights that support strategic business decisions.
Manage team to forecast company business financial figures for the future.
Support the Chief Actuary for creation of actuarial assumption proposal based on data analysis outcomes.
Manage the team in maintaining and modeling new products using prophet software.
Participate in product and risk reviews for all product lines and responsible for performing risk assessments based on different factors i.e. costs and predicted future insurance loss.
Ensure consistency and quality in actuarial valuations process with appropriate controls, including peer reviews.
Assist the Chief Actuary in developing metrics, analyses and reports for management, including New Business Value analysis and the Financial Condition Report.
On an ad-hoc basis, provide financial expertise in various cross-functional teams including Accounting, Finance, IT and Operations.
Requirements:
Min. bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance or a related field.
Min. 1 year experience in the same role or 5 years working experience.
