Job Description:

  • Handle day-to-day operator issues, complaints, and dissatisfaction in a timely manner
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence
  • Manage and monitor operator welfare programs and benefits implementation
  • Creating fair and conducive work environment for operators
  • Monitor and assess operator satisfaction levels regularly
  • Act as a bridge between management and operators to ensure clear communication

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in field HR, employee engagement, industrial relations or 3PL operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of operational workforce dynamics (shift work, targets, on-ground conditions)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (empathetic and assertive)
  • Ability to identify welfare issues and develop practical, data-informed solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking for continuous improvement
  • Experience in cross-functional coordination (Ops, HR, GA)
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and basic analysis
