Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for a Broadband Account Manager. The responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing customer needs, developing strong relationships with clients, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales and customer goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in account management, customer service, and sales relationship building
• Ability to develop compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets
• Strong knowledge of broadband services, telecommunications, and related technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and market research is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
