Role Description
As our Content Creator, your primary mission is to bridge the gap between creativity and conversion. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of creating high-impact content—from researching winning formulas on TikTok/Instagram to executing scripts that stop the scroll and drive Add to Cart actions.
You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content serves a specific purpose in our funnel, whether it's building massive awareness (TOF) or closing a sale (BOF).
Key Responsibilities
- Trend Analysis & Research: Obsessively monitor social media trends and competitor winning ads to reverse-engineer successful content formulas.
- Performance-Driven Production: Ideate, script, film, and edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) that prioritize hooks, retention, and clear Calls to Action (CTAs).
- Funnel-Based Strategy: Develop content clusters that cater to different stages of the customer journey (Awareness, Education, Consideration, and Conversion).
- Direct Response Content: Create Selling Content (Soft sell & Hard sell) that addresses customer pain points and highlights Argavell's unique selling propositions (USP).
- Quality & Brand Alignment: Maintain high visual standards while ensuring that the sales message is never lost in the aesthetics.
- Data Iteration: Analyze content performance metrics with the team to understand what worked, what didn't, and how to double down on winning hooks.
Qualifications
- The Growth Mindset: You understand that Likes are a vanity metric and Sales/Conversions are the ultimate goal.
- Framework Mastery: Deep understanding of content frameworks (e.g., AIDA, PAS, Hook-Body-CTA) and how to apply them to short-form video.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in mobile editing (CapCut/VN) and a strong eye for framing, lighting, and audio quality.
- Market Research: Ability to use tools (or manual research) to find viral trends and adapt them to the hair/skincare niche before they peak.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Content Creation, preferably within the Beauty, FMCG, or Lifestyle industry.
- Communication: Strong copywriting skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Requirements: Female, comfortable appearing on camera, and with exposed hair (as the role requires demonstrating hair care products).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent proven portfolio).
