Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Development and Sales.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing and creative team to deliver high-impact results.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including media and advertising agencies, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign performance, while optimizing marketing budget

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within retail (online and/or offline).
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and impactful campaign ideas.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and making strategic decisions.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies.
