Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Traditional Trade sales fundamentals and distribution growth by partnering with sales teams to design effective trade programs, promotions, and salesforce incentive schemes across all distribution nodes (WHS, motorist, grosir, etc.).
  2. Evaluate and optimize trade programs by reviewing performance, shaping a focused activity calendar, and acting as gatekeeper to ensure alignment with national Traditional Trade promotion and channel strategies.
  3. Strengthen Power SKU distribution and execution through improved distribution models, product training, motorist gatherings, and other capability‑building initiatives.
  4. Develop and deploy visibility solutions (POSM, in‑store devices, signage) to enhance brand presence and consistency across the Traditional Trade distribution network.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and sales to build Traditional Trade‑fit products, providing recommendations on pricing waterfalls, pack/drop sizes, and carton configurations suited to Traditional Trade economics.
  6. Build deep Traditional Traderetailer and shopper understanding by segmenting Traditional Trade channels, defining Power SKUs by channel and brand, and shaping mid‑ to long‑term geographic and channel priorities.
  7. Lead trade analytics, tracking, and pilots by reviewing in‑trade activities, identifying opportunities or issues, and supporting in‑store pilot test design, execution, and results analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Traditional Trade sales and Trade Marketing within FMCG, with proven exposure to distribution management, trade programs, and in‑store execution.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Regional teams to drive aligned execution.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational acumen, capable of translating channel strategy into executable trade programs, activity calendars, and distribution initiatives.
  • Highly proactive, self‑driven, and results‑oriented, demonstrating ownership in driving distribution growth, Power SKU availability, and execution excellence under tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, including experience in tracking, evaluating, and optimizing trade promotions, pilots, and in‑market activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Experienced in handling and synthesizing large, complex datasets from multiple sources to generate insights, recommendations, and performance reviews.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse internal stakeholders and field teams.
