Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Development: Enhance brand equity and presence within the premium drinkware market. Identify unique selling points and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels.
  • Communications & Social Media Strategy: Lead and oversee all communications initiatives, with a strong emphasis on social media (especially Instagram and TikTok). Ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual identity, driving engagement and connection with the target audience. Establish social media standards that align with broader brand goals and are adaptable for Serial's future brands.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage digital marketing efforts, including paid social, and online advertising. Work closely with the social media and digital marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with strategic objectives, optimize online engagement, and support brand visibility.
  • Campaign Management & Execution: Oversee all campaigns, from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Pushing for brand localization campaign without losing brand's identity and keeping brand's integrity.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize market insights and campaign analytics to guide decision-making, optimize strategies, and inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate closely with more upstream teams i.e. Merchandising & Retail Teams particularly in the branding and marketing of new lines and key collections.
  • Budget Ownership & Governance: Ability to develop a marketing plan and manage the full marketing budget of the company and translate to quantitative results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in related work fields preferably retail/e-commerce/ digital company/ advertising agencies.
  • BA/ BS degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or other related fields.
  • Versatile and balanced and has dabbled in both content strategy and analytical roles.
  • Strong data-driven and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and fluent with marketing tools and project management tools including Google Analytics, Notion, etc.
  • Great management, people development skills, good communicator and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
