Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated brand strategies for all Sagala F&B brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives across both online delivery platforms.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand identity and reputation by ensuring consistency in visual elements, messaging, and tone across all customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, monitor industry trends, and assess competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, refine brand strategies, and guide new product development initiatives.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, and post-campaign evaluations based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in brand management within the F&B or FMCG industry.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-brand organization and a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and fast execution.
