About Dorskin

At Dorskin, we are focusing on how we can help society, especially acne fighters. As a small brand established in 2021, we aim to deliver happiness to all and become the top mind acne brand in Indonesia with our first product, Matcha Glow Sleeping Mask. With a stable goal in mind, we have released more products related to acne fighters in Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in a brand-related industry (beauty product, personal care)
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
  • Solid project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with handling the KOL Specialist team.
  • Experience in product launches and brand partnerships is a plus.
  • Passion for consumer brands and a keen eye for market trends.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the companys vision and goals. Define brand positioning, target audience, and messaging to ensure consistent and compelling brand communication.

  • Brand Identity

Establish and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity, including brand guidelines, visual direction, tone of voice, and brand personality. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, packaging, and marketing materials.

  • Consumer Insights & Market Trends

Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to understand customer needs, behaviors, and beauty industry trends. Analyze competitive landscape and evolving market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and strengthen brand relevance.

  • Marketing Campaigns

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, acquisition, and retention.

  • Product Launches

Plan and execute product launches in alignment with brand strategy. Develop go-to-market plans, key messaging, and promotional strategies that effectively communicate value propositions and build excitement among target audiences.

  • Brand Partnerships & Influencer Strategy

Identify and manage collaborations with brand partners, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand reach and advocacy. Ensure all partnerships reflect the brands values and contribute meaningfully to strategic goals.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor and evaluate brand performance using KPIs such as awareness, sentiment, and sales impact. Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategy, identify growth opportunities, and support continuous improvement.

  • Team Leadership

Lead and support the KOL Specialist team to ensure alignment with brand goals and campaign targets, fostering collaboration and high-performance execution.
